XXXtentacion is a rapper from South Florida who is currently facing felony charges and resides in Broward County Jail.

Catching Attention

The rapper has become widely known for his Soundcloud platform, where his songs gathered millions of views in short notice. His musical gem is the single “Look At Me”.

The song created controversy around Drake and the young South Florida artist because the former previewed a snippet with a strangely similar flow to XXXtentacion’s song. When asked about the situation, he said just that it doesn’t bother him that much and the only thing he would like to happen is Drake reaching out to help him in this dire situation he’s facing.

Personal View

X declared for XXL Magazine: “I didn’t really know what I wanted to do. I was very lost. I felt like music was what I was trying to use to numb my pain. Music gave me a purpose and it just came to me. I just listened to a lot of artists and it was the only thing that kind of soothed me when I was feeling crazy”.

XXXtentacion hopes that when he gets out of jail, he can help the foster homes in his state, his family and depressed teenagers.
