Early Life
Katelyn Tarver was born in Glennville, Georgia, on November 2, 1989. She had her first TV appearance on an American Idol’s spin-off American Juniors.
Career Beginnings
She succeeded making her up at the top and finished as a finalist as one of the top 10. In 2005 she released her first single called I’ll Make It Real. The same year, Katelyn issued her debut album Wonderful Crazy under the independent record label TC Music.
Acting
In terms of acting, Tarver has been just as active. In 2010 she appeared for the first on TV in the role Jo Taylor on Big Time Rush. The show proved to be a success making her a TV star and the cast embarked on a worldwide tour. In 2011 Katelyn received a recurring role for 5 episodes on the ABC series No Ordinary Family.
Music
She returned back to music the same year and released the independent EP titled A Little More Free. She embarked on various tours as the opening act for bands like Honor Society, The Cab, and Parachute in 2012. In 2014 she co-wrote the Crazy Stupid Love single for Cheryl Cole’s upcoming album Only Human. In 2015 and 2016 Katelyn issued several new singles like Weekend Millionaires, Nobody Like You, What Do We Know Now and Hate To Tell You. This year she surprised her fans with the arrival of a new EP entitled Tired Eyes.
