Jay Critch Biography

Jay Critch is a young rapper from Brooklyn, New York. He gained recognition by collaborating with Rich The Kid, most noteworthy on the joint single Did It Again. 

2016

In 2016 Jay Critch began uploading his music on Soundcloud. Since then, he has gained almost 20K followers. Eventually, Rich The Kid discovered him and signed him to his label Rich Forever.

2017

Jay stood out after collaborating with Rich on his single and video Rich Forever Intro. The song features vocals from Famous Dex as well. It went viral, gaining over 1 million views on Youtube, almost overnight. Shortly after, Jay and Rich released Did It Again, the remix, which surpassed the previous hit’s popularity. Furthermore, Jay collaborated with Famous Dex on two songs, Pull Up and In The Coupe (also with Rich The Kid). Additionally, the Brooklyn-based rapper released another video, for his single Adlibs. Most recently, he came out with Okay Fine, featuring PnB Rock.
