Arcade Fire Biography

Arcade Fire is a Canadian indie rock band from Montreal, formed in 2001. Their debut album brought them major exposure and, in 2007, the group hit number 2 on the Billboard 200 with their second album, “Neon Bible”. Their third album, “The Suburbs” (2010) went platinum in Canada and gold in the US, additionally topping the albums chart. Arcade Fire features a wide range of instruments: guitar, drums, bass guitar, piano, violin, viola, cello, double bass, xylophone, glockenspiel, keyboard, synthesiser, French horn, accordion, harp, mandolin, and hurdy-gurdy.
