Chris Blue is a gospel, soul, R&B and hip-hop singer from Arizona. He is famous for winning The Voice Season 12.
Early Life
Chris was born in 1989 and moved to Knoxville, Tennesse with his family, at the age of 10. He began his music career by singing in church, as a child and then, he moved onto blues, forming a group named Blue Brothers. The young artist won a local competition and began touring.
Breakthrough
For the past six years, he has worked as a worship leader. He entered The Voice 2017 with the song “The Tracks of My Tears” from The Miracles. Actually, before showing off his stunning voice in front of the coaches, he was very unlikely to even make it into the show and Alicia was the only one with an open spot left. Now, four of his contest songs reached top 10 on iTunes, including his original tune, “Money on You“.
